Y'know....that Ms.Choi really knows how to turn lives upside down. KHJ's life specially, because HJ wanted to break up with her. I wonder if she ever thinks about the baby. She's really very creative and the people who're behind her are also great *smirk*. They are smart to always present "evidences" to the public [not the court], via the press...such as dispatch. Dispatch has a very cozy relationship with Ms Choi...they always support each other *smirk*. From the first hearing, Ms.Choi and her legal team have not been able to produce and submit any evidences that could support her claims...we are all agog and waiting for these undeniable evidences, maybe at the 3rd hearing *smirk*? Meanwhile, even the public has gotten tired of reading all those [edited] text messages that Ms.Choi's side has presented as "evidence". She always has some sensational new claims every time she talks to the press to counter HJ's Legal team's statements. I'm just wondering...what else has she got up her sleeves ?

Kim Hyun Joong's ex-girlfriend, referred to only as Choi, released thousands of text messages between them to the media. The messages do not display Kim Hyun Joong in a favorable light and his legal team questioned her motives in releasing them to the media rather than presenting them in court.

According to the Korean media outlet OSEN, Kim's legal team said that releasing the text messages was her way to manipulate public opinion.

"If the other side has enough evidence, they can fight with the evidence they have and prove the facts in the civil court. Just because they lack evidence, they want to put pressure on our side in a different way. That's a very dangerous way," Kim Hyun Joong's lawyer Lee Jae Man told OSEN.

Key East Entertainment, which represents Kim, also released a statement to OSEN, saying that, "From the start, Miss Choi has claimed the text messages were evidence. If so, she could submit them to the courts. The summation of evidence is done in court and not via a press release. We do not understand why they are being made public. Everything should be conducted according to the law".

When I read all her claims and do some counting..by now there are 3 pregnancies, 6 OBGYN clinics, several hospitals and clinics, several late coming periods, several pregnancy tests, a miscarriage [no proof], an abortion [no proof] , a pregnancy, a sonogram....what stands out of course are the pregnancies ! I am taking in all this and it becomes clear that Ms.Choi is very desperate to have KHJ's child...she desperately wants to bind HJ to her by a pregnancy, she desperately wants HJ back. Why else would a woman who claims to be repeatedly abused by a man she loves, keeps coming back to him ?
