Hi, long time no see. I want to thank my friends and Baefriends who have emailed or commented and asked after my/our safety here in Indonesia. Natural Disasters have happened one after another here, in these several years .  My family and I are fine, we are not close with the areas affected by the Volcanic Eruption, the Earthquake and the terrible Tsunami. In our area, there're fierce winds with thunderstorms almost every day and flood happens in the capital city, paralyzing traffic. Some family members come home from work past 1 am , caught in the flooding streets or trapped in buildings surrounded by water....waiting to go home when the water level goes down.

As Indonesia is an archipelago,compared to other countries...there are more coastal areas here....hence the higher possibility of Tsunamis. Indonesia is also dominated by volcanoes........volcanoes in Indonesia are a part of  " The Pacific Ring Of Fire " and Mt Merapi here in Java Island is one of the three most active volcanoes in the country.

We pray for all the people who have lost loved ones, people who have lost all their belongings and people who are still suffering...needing food, shelter, and medical care .......we pray for people who are still trying to find their missing family members and friends....and we make donations if we can. I don't know of other things I could do at this time besides this and donating funds to help the victims. We just do our best.
